This is proof that the sun does come out in Portland. Just a short clip of walking in "trendy third". I know goofy nickname, but awesome neighborhood that we called home for a period during school. We lived in the historic Fairmount Hotel building that was converted to apartments. The building served as a hotel during the Lewis and Clark Exposition in 1905. It was a little creepy and to this day Mike stills wants to move back in. I on the other hand would like to get those paranormal investigators on the Sci-Fi channel to go in and see what they catch on tape.
